A form can be used to email, manipulate a database, update files, or do any number of other things. We had products to do those other things, but nothing to help you create the form itself. Form builder was created to fill that hole.
Now that the hole is filled we can concentrate on tighter integration. Form Builder is a v1 product, and v2 will certainly include more.

Hi Ray and thanks for that - i understand that it was a filler but in reality, people just expect that with something like a form builder, you have the facility to receive the results - it just makes obvious sense to have that functionality included! In my book and probably 99% of other people who purchase your products, this is a given!
As for pushing to the extension library, that in itself is $199 per year or thereabouts.
So i'll probably end up using Coffee Cup or something similar just because it's easier than fussing about with other Webassist extensions just to put in a form!
I appreciate your response though and look forward to seeing what comes out of the many comments on the forum so far regarding this issue!!
Best Regards
Nic
