Product admin site: updating option (multiple update) not working

Hi Jason,

I'm making a simple product admin site using DataAssist so my client can edit the product info without my help.

Everything is working except updating product option info to Options table.
All the products info are stored in 'Products' table, and option info is stored in 'Options' table in my database.
Options data is pulled by ProductID and it's successfully showing on Update page.
But I must be doing something wrong with Multiple Update Server Behavior setting, Options data is not being sent to the database (product info is sent fine).

No error message after adding this:
<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

It'll be a great help if you could look at my codes.
What am I missing?
Attached text file is for the Update.php page.

Thank you for your help in advance.
