I know it sounds weird, but for the first hour after we sent the problem email out, we were not getting reports, though we knew right away that people were opening them. Then late last night I checked one more time and saw that yes, it was giving us reports. No idea why it delayed, I am just happy it is working and I do appreciate your help on this. It looks like we are back on track. If WA ever revises the program to make it more customizable in terms of what fields we want, please let me know. We would love to cut our registration fields down to just first and last name, email address, maybe snail mail address, and we don't really need them to set a password at all, we do not have a place for them to log in. All we need is for people to register for electronic newsletters and occasional snail mail.
