updating index page

Ray modified my site by creating a new gallery associated with a category called "new arrivals". in \gallaries\new_arrivals.
That works fine, I would like to make it so it is not editable in the store manger. The admin might delete it by accident. The code in index.dwt.php is below.
What changes do I have to make to the code below so the page looks like the attachment and is not editable form the store manage?

<!--<div class="banner ps_pod4">-->
<div class="banner ps_pod4">
<div class="NewArrivalText">New Arrivals</div>
<div class="info">
<?php echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerStoreConnection, $PowerStoreConnection, 'Middle Pod' , 'Content'); ?>
</div>
</div>

I change the PHP code to this:
<?php include ('../../../../galleries/new_arrivals/index.php'); ?>

and I got I get this error message on the live index page:
Notice: Undefined index: gallery in C:\xampp\htdocs\relicvintage\galleries\new_arrivals\index.php on line 42

second line below is line 42:
//gallery id, theme
if(empty($pg_id)) $pg_id = $_GET['gallery'];
if(empty($pg_theme)) $pg_theme = 'dark';
if(isset($_GET['theme'])) $pg_theme = strtolower($_GET['theme']);

Thanks in advance for your help and patience, Roz
