WebAssist dialogue box tabs not showing text in CS6

When we tested this over the phone, we had renamed the configuration folder so that no web assist Extensions where installed.

We Tested with the Spry Data behavior:
insert -> Spry -> Data Set.

The Data Set behavior was having the same problem of showing labels,

the spry framework is an Adobe framework. that behavior panel is one of theirs.
