The Forms don't work for every on in IE

Hi Jason,

Yes you're correct the drop downs now do work-Yeah! thanks.
Now I have a new wrinkle/problem for you.
This web site has 2 php forms that I have created using CSS Form Builder.
One is the Online License and the other (and simpler one) id the Guest Dockage form
For I have tested them and they seem to work for me OK but for others they don't.
Maybe they have an older version of IE...
Is there a way to get the forms to work for every browser? Or at least MOST of them?

HELP!!!
We NEED these forms to WORK!
