Cannot Uninstall 2.0.1 to install 2.0.2

I am having trouble uninstalling CSS Menu Writer every time there is a update. Previously I have been able to do it eventually after trying anything I can think of but not this time. The message I get is "The file C:\Users\Rich\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver9\configuration\Shared\WebAssist\CSSMenuWriter\presets\Midnight\CaboSunset\menu_bg_l.jpg' is being used by DreamweaverCS3. Please close Dreamweaver CS3 and try again." The application thinks Dreamweaver is open for some reason and tells me to close Dreamweaver but it was never opened because I did this with nothing open.

Can you tell me what to fix?

After unsuccessfully trying to uninstall the extension (in VISTA) the uninstall process has caused an error message to appear when I open Dreamweaver now. This message is C:\Program Files (86)\Adobe\Adobe DreamweaverCS3\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\CSSMenuWriter\Library\Shared_ser.js(error3)

Any Help Would be appreciated.
