Jason,
I have no eCart functionality on this site. It is a pure static site and my job is to create a new administrative cms for the client. But he does not need an eCart at this time.
Its just that I have eCart 5.0.6 installed along with those above mentioned.
So I am not sure which xml file you are referring to.
