JavaScript error(s)

I purchased Databridge and followed the installation instructions. Before this I uninstalled each single WA extension.
Then I installed (in this order):

CSS Menu Writer (2.0.6)
eCart 5.0.6
Data Bridge 1.1.3
WebAssist Free Tools 1.0.2

on DW 5.5 (Win7 / 64)

I get the following errors (see attachements)

I was hoping if I bought the 13th update of Databridge, I could avoid those errors. Can you help please?

Go to WebAssist -> Preferences in the Memento section Set the Show in dreamweaver option to Never.

In the RSS Section, check the option to disable all RSS Feeds and Check For Updates only when Memento opens.

Then go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php

Jason, I'm sorry, but I still get errors

Everytime I click on a task in DW, like opening the Binding panel, I get now:
"While executing findDynamicSources in WA_NotifyCO_0_Gen.htm, a Javascript error occurred."
If I click OK, the Binding panel shows up but is empty. If I switch to the Server Behaviour Tab and back to the Binding panel, it is populated as it should be.
Then I try to apply DataAssist Repeat Selection and the same message pops up again. The repeat selection window does not show any recordset although it is present at the page.
Quite frustrating, bcause it keeps repeating everytime...

I want to add that I completely de-installed Dreamweaver, any extensions, re-installed DW, installed *only*
* CSS menu writer
* eCart
* Databridge
* FreeTools

in that order

you say you installed in this order:

CSS Menu Writer (2.0.6)
eCart 5.0.6
Data Bridge 1.1.3
WebAssist Free Tools 1.0.2

it is better to install Data Bridge last:

CSS Menu Writer (2.0.6)
eCart 5.0.6
WebAssist Free Tools 1.0.2
Data Bridge 1.1.3

OK, I give it a try

Until now I de-activated eCart and got rid of the error messages. I'll respond as soon as I am finished de-installing / re-installing.

As always, thank you for your reply

In reality, we are moving away from the stand alone extensions.

Instead of the stand alone menu writer version, i would suggest using Design Extender, if you are interested in updating to design extender, contact our sales department, they will be able to offer you a discount based on your purchase history.

in a way it makes sense

but I just read recently that eCart (which seems to create the problem) will stay "standalone".

I agree that packages have advantages but it is also quite expensive, after having bought each single extension. In times where everybody creates wordpress pages which is a great tool (with a lot of free modules for many solutions) professional webdesigner live not without competition from that corner.

I re-installed in your suggested order - same problem. Must have something to do with eCart5, I guess:

yes, eCart will remain standalone, but CSS Menu writer is now incorporated into Design Extender.

if you create a new site do you have the same error?

try deleting the WA_eCart/WA_DMCFG.xml file from your site.
