yes, the synta error in this code is that you have the php tags.

instead of:
$WA_redirectURL = "p-search-results.php?customerid=<?php echo($row_WADAtbl_post['description']); ?>";

it should be:
$WA_redirectURL = "p-search-results.php?customerid=".$row_WADAtbl_post['description']."";

however, this is passing the description from the recordset, not the id.

also, for what you are trying to accomplish, you don't need to pass anything in the URL.

When a user logs in, their ID is stored in a session

on the results page, set the recordset to filter using the ID Session variable, for an example of this, see the profile page created by the security assist wizard.
