Going in circles with the client
Sorry for all the questions...
Are there other options beside what is listed in the payment methods drop down under settings in the administration?
We are currently using authorize.net as a gateway to the clients PayPal account, would I be able to customize things to go directly to her bank account?
Here's the problem, I believe there is a browser issue involved, the client is telling me that many of her customers are telling her that they aren't able to complete their transactions and are getting kicked off before the purchase is complete. I have tested this myself and IE will sometimes, not always hang, but Firefox performs properly, I have not had an issue in using Firefox for purchases.
I think even switching payment gateways will not solve the problem.
