Email Forgotten Password Issue

i changed the code as you said. moved those codes to line 1. i dont get the error. but the other codes i copy and pasted and noticed your script opening tag was missing the ". i added it, saved, uploaded and tested it out.

but forgot password still doesnt work. the email takes me back to reset password i input the new password, submit and it stays in the reset password screen. and it doesnt reset.
