not sure where the HTML would be coming from.

the simplest way to add the form data to your email is to use the Create a File For the email option and use one of the pre built templates.

this contains code that will loop through the form elements on the page and add them tto the email automatically.

using this method will also allow you to edit the email body without having to open the Universal Email server behavior.
