Form php isn't securing

This should be a secured page. When trying to get in through the back door, I'm getting the error:

"The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

I think I've gotten this error before and it had to do with double code, but I can't see it in here. There is a file formaction.php which enables the order form - I did not secure it - a bit afraid to for fear of breaking the whole structure.

The rest of the site is working fine, including pages I've added and secured since the set up.
