the problem is that you now have 5 instances of the Server Validation server behavior. 1 at lines 3 - 19, another at lines 20 - 34, another at lines 35 - 49, another at lines 50 - 64, and another at lines 65 - 79.
Remove the extra ones, lines 20 - 79, the edit the first one to fix the like entry entry validation.
to edit the existing validation, open the server behaviors panel and double click the server validation server behavior.
