Javascript error when opening DW

Here's the list:

cookies toolkit 3.1.3
css button styler 1.0.0
Theme-It 1.0.2
Social Media 2.0.0
Security Assist 2.0.5
css menu writer 2.0.6
HTML Editor 3.0.2
DataAssist 2.1.0
Css Form Builder 2.0.1
Ecart 5.0.6

These are all uninstalled now though... is the next step to reinstall or is there something else I need to do?

My concern is for the file that was updated... wondering if this will be a problem...
