Power Store 4.5.3 - problems accessing admin

Thread began 8/24/2012 12:25 pm by paul386291 | Last modified 8/30/2012 10:53 am by paul386291 | 880 views | 5 replies

Power Store 4.5.3 - solution not working

Hi Jason

I've carried out your instructions in the previous post but I'm still getting the same error message when I try to access the admin @ this link: (index.php

Warning: require_once(../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /content/HostingPlus/e/n/ Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg' (include_path='.:/usr/local/fphp5/lib/php') in /content/HostingPlus/e/n/ Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63

I urgently need to resolve this as I have a customer waiting for their online store.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?

When everything loaded onto my servers fine with no issues on the diagnostics at any stage, I don't understand why the software is not working.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
