Power Store 4.5.3 - problems accessing admin

Hi there

Thanks for your response.

The store isn't set up yet as I can't access it, but the page with problems is:

PowerStore Files/admin/index.php

I copied the "show errors" code into it & it that you emailed me & this returns the following messages:

Warning: require_once(../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /content/HostingPlus/e/n/enjoytheuk.com/web/PowerStore Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg' (include_path='.:/usr/local/fphp5/lib/php') in /content/HostingPlus/e/n/enjoytheuk.com/web/PowerStore Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63

I look forward to your advice on this.

Many thanks

Paul

here is a copy of the webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg file saved as a php file.

copy the installed.php file to the webassist/themes/Default/images/ folder on your server.

then update the webassist/themes/theme_open.php file

change line 63:

php:
require_once("../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg");

to:

php:
require_once("../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.php");

Powers Store 4.5.3 - still problems accessing admin

Hi Jason

Thanks for your help with this. However, I'm still having problems.

Being new to php code, I don't fully understand your instructions (below). How do I save a jpeg file as a php file?

I've tried copying your installed.php code into a new blank php page & saving it as installed.php, uploaded to server then amended the theme_open.php file line 63 as instructed, but this doesn't work.

I've uploaded Power Messenger & Power CMS this week with no issues, but if you can help me in more detail with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Paul

Power Store 4.5.3 - solution not working

Hi Jason

I've carried out your instructions in the previous post but I'm still getting the same error message when I try to access the admin @ this link: (index.php

Warning: require_once(../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /content/HostingPlus/e/n/enjoytheuk.com/web/PowerStore Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg' (include_path='.:/usr/local/fphp5/lib/php') in /content/HostingPlus/e/n/enjoytheuk.com/web/PowerStore Files/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63

I urgently need to resolve this as I have a customer waiting for their online store.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?

When everything loaded onto my servers fine with no issues on the diagnostics at any stage, I don't understand why the software is not working.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Paul
