Project interrupted

About 18 months ago, I started a project for a client using eCart. I think eCart has been updated since that start. I had everything done but the client never set up a paypal account so I could finalize. Now, it is ready to go but it's been too long for me to recall where I left off. All is done except for the final step of checking out to paypal. Now that I have a paypal account provided, ie, email and/api, where do I look to finish this. Brain is stale but I don't want have to start from scratch. Any pointers where to enter the email account for the paypal account or if I need to enter an API, where is this done?

Thanks
