MySQL Query browser

Hello there. I purchased the Dynamic Suite back in January. I have struggled with setup since so I'm going to hit the forums and see if I can find a solution for setting up the ecart.

The tutorials in the database starter kit seem to be geared towards having MySQL Query Browser installed. Other tutorials had me download XAMPP. I have downloaded XAMPP, created my localhost testing server and currently have apache and MySQL in the "running" mode.

My question is... Do I also need to download the MySQL Workbench (which has the MySQL Query Browser) in order to complete the database starterkit tutorials? I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge in this area. I just want to get this setup so I can start building our stores.
