Using and naming of WA email templates

Using and naming of WA email templates

The GSG recommends using a template and then later modifying it. I am using that and it appears to work fine, emails are sent quickly and appear as expected.

My question is about the naming of these files. The site I am building will create an email from several different pages for different processes. When I enable the create file option, can I specify a name for it without altering the original template? I would like to name the file in a way that I can relate to it's origin. If I can not do this, when I create future files using the same design, will it over write an existing file or will it modify the new file's name (template, template1, etc).

Thanks,
