Problems with installing PHP

Hello everyone, I have experince in dreamweaver and flash CS3, creating basic or static web pages, and animation for web designs in the internet. But I wanted to break away from just the ordinary web design and try to create dynamic web pages, by using PHP & MySQL...
Well I have my computer set up to do so, but I cant seem to manage on installing PHP nor MySQL...I already have a Wampserver installed, along with Apache, But from there on I am stomped on what to do next...I tried doing dreamweaver toutorial on having dreamweaver on how to create php pages, but I still can not view my work when executing F12...Any thought's on that please?

[examples: is just the animation on the header....(2nd) this is just a sight I did for fun with]
