Usually when you get this error it is because there is a problem with the connection to your db from within Dreamweaver. To test this out create a new blank page and save it to the site. With this page open go to the database tab of your application panel. If you do not have the db connection defined add a new connection. In this interface make sure to test the connection to ensure it is working properly. Next create a new recordset on this page, when you are creating it use the test button to confirm the results. If these both test ok then you should be able to run the wizard to create your pages. If this does not work for you then there is probably an issue with your connection, if this is the case please post back with any errors or warnings you are getting when testing the connection.
