@skinny pixel... I agree 100%. I have been a long time customer and have seen this request come up soooooo many times but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. This lack of support request has made me start to look elsewhere for future needs.
As a site developer, I was constantly on the phone with clients explaining how to do this and that until I spent 1 afternoon shooting little how to video tutorials for most of my common questions for clients. They are much happier and I can focus on other projects. Seems like a no brainer to me.
And don't even get me started on this new method in the forums with no explanation of how to fix things, only the "we opened a ticket for this"....grrrrr
