css menu writer wizard not working

css menu writer wizard not working

I bought menu writer 2 yesterday, installed it successfully in my Dreamweaver CS5. However, when in DW I go to “Insert”, “WebAssist”, “CSS menu writer” it stops there – there's NO “New Menu” button.

With the small display which opens, I can only create a very basic menu. But I cannot style or extend this basic menu. There is no wizard to help me styling the menu.

In the Webassist guide I downloaded it says: "Reenter the wizard / You can reenter the CSS Menu Writer wizard easily after you have created your menu.
1. Click once to select your navigation menu on your page..."
WHERE exactly should I click?

If I click in DW on the page where this basic menu shows, nothing happens.
I have already uninstalled & reinstalled the menu writer - no success.
PLEASE help.
Thanks!
