Live Server Warning: Cannot modify header information

I have 4 admin pages that seem to effected by errors on my live server,

Edited for security

The Pages worked fine on my local machine but in on my live server I have a problem. I assume it is something to do with the amount of times session occurs in the script but I do not want to mess it up as it seems to function, I just get the errors displaying.

If you could have a look and see why this is I would be grateful, I have tried moving various require once field around but can not identify exactly what I need to move in order to get this to work

Thanks in advance
