by the way, when anybody does a look into the cart when there are no products added the div shows only one message i.e the cart is empty

So when there are no products in products_Detail.php or when we check preview the page directly then in main div it shows lots of stuff like ATC button labels & etc... So can we just show a message like NO PRODUCTS ...To make it look good so...
