On an update page, you need to create a hidden form element for each file field.

Set the initial value for the hidden form element to use the corresponding image column from the update pages recordset.

In the file upload behavior, bind the Default File option to the hidden form element.

if you're still having problems, compress the php file to a zip archive and attach the zip file to your reply.
