Update Form dropping existing photo link

Update Form dropping existing photo link

OK, I know I'm missing something simple here. I've been through the process twice, and cross referenced this with another form that is working, but still can't find the flaw. My update form works fine to change a photo with a new upload, but if you don't select a new photo, but update other info on the page and then submit the form, it drops the image field and therefore the photo link.

Apparently I can't attach a php file.

Is there something common I should be looking for?

On an update page, you need to create a hidden form element for each file field.

Set the initial value for the hidden form element to use the corresponding image column from the update pages recordset.

In the file upload behavior, bind the Default File option to the hidden form element.

if you're still having problems, compress the php file to a zip archive and attach the zip file to your reply.
