view_downloads.php page not showing purchased file

view_downloads.php page not showing purchased file-

-says "No File Found"

I downloaded the updated view_downloads.php zip file from this post, but there was no change.

Is this page coded for the correct path?

I also commented out 4 instances of:
//$folderPath = rootRelativeToFullFileURL($folderPath);

Should this one be commented out as well?
$folderPath = rootRelativeToFullFileURL($val['UploadFolder']);

What is the fix? I have version 4.5 of PowerStore.
