Recent support fix

Hi
I am currently building a new site, I have used site sculptor to create the basic structure of the site, I received your E-mail yesterday regarding security vulnerabilities, I have downloaded the zip files and read the readme file, it mentions replacing the configuration file within webassist/kfm/configuration.php, I do have a webassist directory but no kfm directory?
Do I need to take any action on this? the version of site sculptor was purchased around March, I recall receiving an email with regard (to either site sculptor or power cms) informing me that an update addressing some ie compatibility problems, but as I had already explained to my client she may have to use firefox to upload images etc, I have not installed the update?
I do have a kfm directory within HTMLeditor this does contain the configuration file?
Please could you advise me on the best course of action.
Thanks in advance.
