nothing happens when I click register

Ok thanks I managed to get the code to work now using users_Registration.php
however a when it goes through to verification it doesnt show

users_Confirm.php?ID=2&code=TfyR7xEluJRxdRyKGgw6

but does if you add

users_Confirm.php?ID=2&code=TfyR7xEluJRxdRyKGgw6

where would I add that in the code?
