You would have to change the way that it works....

Currently the results page only passes the ID of the detail record. This means it doesn't know what record would be previous or next based on the search or anything else on the details page.

In order to do it you would probably have to use the same recordset on the details page that you use on your results page, and instead of passing the ID you would have to pass the index of the record in the result set. Then you could navigate by incrementing and decrimenting the increment in the url you are using to keep track of the record displayed.

This will require cutting and pasting of the recordset code and probably a small amount of coding by hand to navigate to the correct records based on index.
