Javascript errors line 94 eCart5

I have everything built except the checkout. When I run the checkout wizard in CS5 I get a javascript error in CheckoutWizard.htm at line 94 in file eCart:ChWizJS:Orders.js:ActivePreset[0][x][0] has no properties. Which then shows a blank window. I tried it in CS4 and it opens the wizard but dies at the universal e-mail, which is activated in my extensions manager and works alone, but not with the wizard. So I can't do it in CS5 and I can't do it in CS4. I did the standard clearing the file cache and turning the extensions off and on again. Any other suggestions?
