How do I access my order history to redownload or upgrade extensions?
You can login to WebAssist.com and access your order history in the Members section of our web site. This will allow you to see all transactions you have made via our online store as well as redownload or upgrade to the latest version of any products that you have previously bought.- Access your order history at: http://www.webassist.com/professional/mywebassist/orderhistory.asp

How do I upgrade an extension (PC and Macintosh)?
If you've downloaded a more recent version of an extension from WebAssist.com, we recommend uninstalling the previous version of the extension before upgrading to the newer release (users can follow the directions above to access your order history to obtain the latest version of all extensions you have downloaded). Also make sure you close down all Macromedia® programs and only have Extension Manager opened.Uninstall the older version of the extension using the Extension Manager:
- Select the Macromedia® product from which to uninstall the extension by using the dropdown list in the middle top of the window
- You will see a listing for the WebAssist.com extension you want to upgrade so click on the extension name to highlight it. Then select "Remove Extension" from the "File" menu and click on "Yes" when you get the deletion confirmation dialog box.
- Install the newer version of the extension by following the installation instructions.
- NOTE: If applicable, you will have to re-enter your serial number to unlock the newer version of the extension. You can do this in the same user interface where you unlocked it originally. The serial number you received in the original order confirmation email will work for the newer version of your extension
