Add fill color to both sides of image

Add fill color to both sides of image

Hi,

I just purchased Digital File Pro 2 and added it to my website. However, when it resizes the images (keeping the aspect ratio intact), it pushes the old image to the left of the new image and all of the black fill color is on the right... I want it to have equal amounts of fill color all around.

Please look at this link to see what I'm talking about.

gallery_view.php?cat_id=7&prod_id=11

Please help!

Thanks,
Arista Hageman

This requires some customization on the Digital File Pro code. Since this isn't very difficult to accomplish, I will make the modifications and send it to you. I will open a backend ticket to send you the file you need.

Jimmy, - please could you send me the page too? Thanks.

Sorry Jimmy, - forget that. Would like to know what the fix is though. Any chance you could just detail it here?

Basically in the HelperPHP.php file in the WA_DigitalFilePro directory on your site, you will need to find the WA_DFP_ResizeImage function. In that function for the setting you have set up, you will have to modify the imagecopyresampled function calls so that the image isn't placed at the top left of the new image by calculating the correct location to put it instead. The third and fourth parameters to that function call are the x and y locations to place the image.
