UE doesn't go to confirmation page or send email

Hi all,
working on a contact form built with FB
I then applied the UE behavior

Uploaded and .... nothing,
I fill out the form and hit submit and the form reloads (with the URL changing to: contact.php?invalid=true) clears out the data, does not go to my confirmation page or send an email.

I obviously have something quite wonky, but I can't even figure out where to look as to what might be wrong ... help would be greatly appreciated

This means that validation is not passing, the form is not being submitted.

please send a copy of the PHP page in a zip archive so I can take a look at the code.

Hmm, I just tested your page at:
contact.php

and it seams to have send the email.

make sure you are filling in the form completely.

It apparently works if you fill out all the fields, however, the phone field is supposed to be optional and that is why I was figuring the form didn't work ... any ideas on how to "un-require" the phone field?

Go to Window -> Server Behaviors to open the sever behaviors panel.

In the list of server behaviors, double click the Server Validation server behavior.

In the list of validations, select the Phone Number Validation and click the minus button to remove it.
