problem to download css form builder and other extensions

my OS is xp pro SP3 using opera 10,firefox 3.5, IE 8 , Safari , chrome;working behind is kaspersky internet security 2009.

i tried to download extensions but it got all stuck in all browsers at the same % of download , i tried to find the reasons ???? i don't see?!?
any help!!!

Try disabling the security software while downloading to see if that is what is preventing the download from working.

even disabling kaspersky it still doesn't work .
download did got throught for :

would it work with a downloader like : dap (download acccelerator plus ) or something else?

I thought you said that those ones did go through, so that's why I asked. All the other files download correctly or are those the only ones you've tried?

Make sure you are selecting to save the files instead of opening from current location and are saving to your hard drive, not a usb drive. Also, you should not use a download accelerator.

tried with safari ,chrome ,firefox 3.5 and 2.0.0.8 , opera 10 still stuck in %
tried with out kaspersky and the same baseline nothing
i even tried on a vista computer basic and business, nothing
even on a xp sp2 pro and basic
tried with windows 7 ultimate nothing!!!
should i buy a mac , a snow leopard and dump pc or ???
it can't be my internet connection i'm at 1123 kbps, 130 ko/s
is there another way that i could download my missing extensions?
even if i take extensions library it wouldn't change ???

any help!!!
