Web Site creation

I currently have a web site in a windows enviroment with 1 & 1 as hosting provider www.rsaainc.com. I would like to find a developer that can aid in converting the site to PHP and utilize the Web Assist software when complete so I can add pages and maintain the site from that point forward. I currently own Super Suite and would be willing to purchase the Power CMS if this seams like a viable solution for future page additions and maintenance. At this time I would like to have basic pages similar to existing site as well as an improved photo gallery. In the future I would like to have a member login to secured pages for customer information (estimates, Invoices etc.) I would also like to have the ability to provide an e-cart that they can purchase some products on-line.
