html editor - custom settings

When I use html editor on a page, how do I know which files to upload on the server, since it does not upload the dependent files?

An can a custom setting be used on several different pages?

Yes, a custom preset can be used multiple times.

All of the HTML Editor files are stored in the HTMLEditor folder.

html editor folder not automatically uploaded

When using Dremweaver, when I transfer a file on the remote server, USUALLY, all the dependent files follow - automatically.
Why it is not the same with Html Editor files.

I have to transfer the folder "custom" each time it changes.

Other related question: How do I erase all the unwanted "presets"?
Thanks

Dreamweaver can have a difficult time with javascript dependent files. Never trust Dreamweaver to put the dependent files, i have found it to be very unreliable.

unwanted presets can be deleted through the preset manager:
Insert -> WebAssist -> Preset Manager

good advice

Can you point out where it is written in the documentation, specifically which files to upload?
with the info on webassist insert manager, I was able to do some clean up of useless "presets" I had created while testing. Thanks
