Siteassist .php page play a flashMovie?

Hi
Is there any info to enable a siteassist .php page play a flashMovie?
All attempts have failed.
In a forum, far far away, daniweb.com.

And Adobe's forum, Dreamweaver Application Development.

Are you having problems retrieving the information from your db? Adding a flash movie to a php page should be no different than adding a flash movie to an html page. The exact same code used for one should work for the other. Do you have a static page where the flash is working and a php page where it is not? If so please post back with links to the live versions of these pages and copies of the pages in a zip archive so that I can take a look.

In general php pages just allow you to make use of php script on the page, it does not change how the page handles content like flash.

Hi Eric
Thank you for your reply.
I have pre-viewed the page statcally, locally on .html and the test .swf movie runs fine.
When testing the same .swf movie on a .php page, localhost the .swf is blank.
I know how to create a table. I do not know how to add the information or what information to add to the database?

One way that you can test things out is to save the html page with the swf file on it as a .php page. This should allow the flash movie to play on the page. If you can get it to work like this then you can make it dynamic by adding in the code for the flash movie object to a record in your db table, then with a recordset on the page to select the record you can use the binding from this recordset for the column the info is stored in to show the movie on the page.

If you have not seen it already we have a free Database Starter Kit that is a great learning resource, here is a link:
