have you tried deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:

Yes, no changes.

Exact steps:

Click in my editable region on my contact page
Insert>Webassist>CSS Form builder
Contact>Saved Preset
Design saved preset
Finished

Error Generating Form:
TypeError: tSelection has no properties.

can you export the saved presets you are using and attach them to your reply so I can try to reproduce the issue to look into the problem.

in a connect session we discovered this issue was happening when adding more than one form to a page.

one work around would be to use Framework builder, add each form to a separate page then incorporate them into a main page by adding them as framework items.
