WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php error

I just created a new Site Sculptor site in DW CS5 and uploaded the entire site. I used my own template. When I went to the site, I get the following message:

Warning: require_once(WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/[removed]/public_html/glw/index.php on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/[removed]/public_html/glw/index.php on line 1

I have a demo for a POTENTIAL new client tomorrow. I purchased this product just for this demo/client. If I can't get it working by tomorrow, I'm sunk.

Here is the site:
index.php

Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,

Your farrelldoc.com/glw/index.php is looking for (but can't find) the file 'WA_Globals.php' which it expects to find at WA_Globals.php

Make sure that all your SiteSculptor files and folders have been uploaded into the correct glw(?) directory of your website.

All of the files and folders created by SiteSculptor should be uploaded into the same directory on your remote server if they were all created in the same directory on your local machine.
