Error in the SA toolkit video on the Registration page?

While watching the video regarding the registration page for DA, I noticed that in step 2 where they are inserting data into the database, they show that the user's user name, first name, last name, and email is submitted. They also show a password field on the registration page where they get the data.

This isn't correct is it? I thought that only the User profile page showed a link to change the password, and no password field on the registration page since the password was going to be generated and sent to the user so no need to have a password field.

Yes, this is correct.

When the user first registers they have to be able to set a password so they can login initially.

once they are logged in, they go to the profile page.

If they wish to change the password _after_ logging in, they can click the change password link on the profile page.

If they dont set a password on the registration page though, they will have no way to login.
