Security Image not visible

I am having trouble with my contact form. For some reason the security image is not viewable which makes it impossible for visitors to submit the form. Here is a link to the page, please let me know what you think.

Thank You

For some reason when I "Put" the entire site using Dreamweaver that one file would not upload. I had to go directly onto the server and upload it. Do you have any ideas why this might have happened.

Regardless, that fixed my original problem, so I appreciate that.

No, no idea why that may have happened.

Dreamweaver is not a very reliable FTP program, It often has weird hiccoughs on uploading files.
