Page Jumping

I am in the process of building a new site and have used CSS Sculptor to build a template. After uploading the site to the internet the pages appear to jump when I navigate from one page to another. I am aware that some pages do have a scroll bar, but that's another question. How do I stop this very visible page jumping to create a smooth ransition between pages? Also is there a fix that will align pages that do and don't have scroll bars?

The URL is www.applepiemarketing.co.uk

Thanks
