" code being added on Update

Using the HTML Editor 2.0.2 for Page Content Update.

This is the Source Code in the Editor on the Update Page which is fine.
<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="48%">If I am not instantly available please leave me a short message with your <em>Name</em>, <em>Contact Details</em> and some <em>Information</em> about what the call is regarding. I will get back to you as soon as I am available.<p></p><ul><li><strong>Email :</strong> <a href="Mailto:info@steveadams.net">Steve Adams</a></li><li><strong>Cell :</strong> 818 - 424 - 1256</li></ul><p>Regards,</p><p>&#160;</p><p>Steve Adams</p><p>2010</p><br /></td><td valign="top" width="3%"><br /><img alt="" width="5" height="200" src="http://steveadams.net/0910/Site/Images/Trans.gif" /><br /></td><td width="49%"><div class="imgBoxColumn"><img title="Video Post Production" alt="Video Post Production" width="265" height="355" src="http://www.steveadams.net/0910/Site/Images/VideoPostProduction.jpg" /></div></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&#160;</p><p></p>

However once I update, the right CODE goes to the MySQL Db, and the Results Page displays things fine. However if I now go to "update" again the page displays "Wrong"
the source code is now altered to:
<table border="&quot;0&quot;" cellspacing="&quot;0&quot;" cellpadding="&quot;0&quot;"><tbody><tr><td valign="&quot;top&quot;">If I am not instantly available please leave me a short message with your <em>Name</em>, <em>Contact Details</em> and some <em>Information</em> about what the call is regarding. I will get back to you as soon as I am available.<p></p><ul><li><strong>Email :</strong> <a href="&quot;Mailto:info@steveadams.net&quot;">Steve Adams</a></li><li><strong>Cell :</strong> 818 - 424 - 1256</li></ul><p>Regards,</p><p>&#160;</p><p>Steve Adams</p><p>2010</p><br /></td><td valign="&quot;top&quot;"><br /><img alt="&quot;&quot;" width="&quot;5&quot;" height="&quot;200&quot;" src="&quot;http://steveadams.net/0910/Site/Images/Trans.gif&quot;" /><br /></td><td><div class="&quot;imgBoxColumn&quot;"><img title="&quot;Video" alt="&quot;Video" width="&quot;265&quot;" height="&quot;355&quot;" post="" src="&quot;http://www.steveadams.net/0910/Site/Images/VideoPostProduction.jpg&quot;" /></div></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&#160;</p><p></p>

As you can see mass addition by the Editor of "&quot;" everywhere breaking the code.
I cannot fathom out why this is happening?
The code is still right in the MySQL db, however if I now update with this new code it of course updates to the Code in the Editor.

Why would the Editor be doing this?
What is the work around?
Any Ideas?

you will need to edit the HTML Editor instance to rebind the initial value with the correct recordset column, doing this will clear the formatting that is being applied.

Thanks Jason, you were quite right.
As soon as I Changed the original Databinding - everything was right.
Appreciate the help.
