Need Connection Help (Newbie)

Need Connection Help (Newbie)

I have very little database experience. I have an Access 2003 database that I need to get info from. I cannot even get started with DataAssist because I do not know how to get started. Would someone tell me how to add a Connection Name and a Connection String so that I can get started? The rest I need to do is very basic so all I need is help getting over the first step. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
