eCart5 + UnivEmail, after checkout scss, not all the e-mail in label "TO" receive msg

In this actual eComm the order list is sent via e-mail (with Mail() object). It seems work fine (a part another problem I opened a thread). It arrives at checkout_success.php.

But immediately after I notice that the "FROM" (UE label) e-mail addresses and not all the "TO" (UE label) e-mail addresses didn't receive the order list.

In the list of "TO" email addresses only the second and the fourth receive the e-mails.
I thought to the server, infact the two e-mail have the same provider, but the first too.

Probably it is child of the same problem, but the e-mail arrived not always have the number of "Order Number", it is nearly always empty.

To make sure i understood your issue,

You are saying the the email are only being sent to the first and the last 'TO' addresses?

So the email is not being sent to the second and third 'TO'.

If that is the case, try creating a test page, where you send a test email to the second and third emails to determine if this is an issue with UE or the email addresses.

Hi Dani,
thank you for your reply and I apologize for this passed time without my reply.

There was an evolution in this time. In fact I have created a subscription form and I have the same problem. It seems that the only e-mail addresses that are in the same domain (domainname.com and username@domainname.com, ....@domainname.com) receive the form.
Initially I received the form too with another domain, but meanwhile my mail server is changed and from then on I don't receive e-mail from form more.

I ask the support of the server administrators, because I suppose that my previous mail server was in the same server of the website and his form.

Have you another ideas?

Yeah, you will need to check with your server Administrator, because it seems that your mail server only works with the same domain. You might want to change your mail server to use authentication when sending to other domains. You might want to use the Pear mail use SMTP which allows for authentication.

Yes Dani, there is a mail server problem. I have resolved writing the server IP instead of server name (I don't know why).
I ask her for Pear, but the server administrator tell me using "Mail".
