Downstate stay with different color

I wonder if i could change the BG color(text) and stay after click(visited) the button..
With Firework buttons you could go to the page and change it......
thanks

Hiya James,

The text styling for all the link states, and for each level of menu item, can be set in the CSSMenuWriter's 'Type' tab when editing the Design.

You can set the 'visited' state there.

Is this what you mean?

Sorry,

what i tried to ask was:
When you visited the Home page, button should be downstate color or different than the other button....this will make little sense
thank you

Sorry to misunderstand.

If you want to set the current and [/i]active[/i] states so that the menu item for the page you're on is a different from the others, then it is supposed to be done from the Type and Design tabs of the CSSMenuWriter GUI.

It seems easy enough to set these states for background-colour, but I have never managed to get it to 'take' for the text active/current colour, which I have to adjust in the menu.css stylesheet.

This is and example of that.

If that's still not what you mean, then can you provide a link to a page where you've seen what you want?
